A relatively
new development, the lovely Aljamar town houses are decorated to a
high standard and are situated in the area of Nerja above Burriana
beach with it's array of bars and restaurants only a short walk away
downhill (approx.1/2 km). We have 4 adjacent houses all with small
private plunge pools that are located on each of their terraces.
These houses
are built over 3 floors and have private garages from where entrance
to the house can also be made. On ground level is the garage with door
(washing machine is in the garage) to the main house where there is a
full bathroom and stairs leading up to the 1st floor. Here there are 3
bedrooms, 2 twins, 1 double (all with built in wardrobes and patio
access) and a further full bathroom. Doors from two of the bedrooms
open on to a good sized west facing terrace where there are sun beds
and a small private plunge pool.
On the 2nd
floor is the living area with the door entrance to the houses, there
is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher
plus the electrical appliances such as toaster and kettle (washing
machine is in the garage). Also on the same level there is a
cloakroom/toilet, a spacious lounge/dining area with ceiling fan and a
terrace that commands views down to the sea and up to the mountains.
