·         Lodges are supplied fully fitted out with electrical wiring, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom fittings. 

·         Furnishing packages are available. 

·         Lodges provide high levels of insulation to the floor, walls and roof, overall U values approx + 0.35. 

·         Partitions are of split log fixed to a stud frame. 

·         Plumbing system with full drain off facilities. 

·         Electrical wiring is to IEE wiring regulations 

·         All exterior timber is treated with preservative and receive two coats of translucent water repellent.
